America Explorations

American Exploration is a two week excursion in Northern and Southern California, geared as an introduction to American schools and culture. The first week, held in the San Francisco area, will provide English conversation classes in the morning and afternoon trips to local Universities and attractions in the area. The second week, held in the Los Angeles area focuses on visits to local Universities and attractions alone.

All meals are covered in the cost of the program. You will experience America through different foods including typical American foods (ex. hamburgers and hot dogs) and ethnic foods (ex. Mexican and Italian food).

Students will stay at a local hotel and sleep up to 4 per room. Breakfast will be provided at the hotel.

Students will be picked up and dropped off at the airport. Students will walk to school every day (approximately a 5 minute walk). All daily ground transportation will be provided to and from activities that are not located at the school.

During the program, students will have the opportunity to visit some of California’s top universities including the University of California Berkeley, Stanford University, University of Southern California, and University of California Los Angeles.

Northern California morning classes include lessons on American Holidays, Values, Traditions, and Relationships. Afternoon Activities include campus tours and other fun activities around the Bay Area. Southern California activities are both tour (colleges and surrounding sites) an attraction (Disneyland, Universal Studios) based.
